Washington – Congressman Bill Shuster’s staff will begin holding office hours in various locations across the southwest region of the 9^th District.

“I work for you and view my job as your customer service representative to the federal government. I place a very high priority on constituent service and my staff is here to help in whatever needs you might have dealing with the federal government,” said Shuster.

- Social Security questions about benefits, disability, or a lost check

- Department of Veterans Affairs benefits

- Military records or medals

- Military policy and procedures

- Immigration questions on citizenship, permanent residency, or form requests

- Expediting a passport needed for immediate travel

- Students with questions on federal financial aid

- Information about grants or federal money for local projects or small businesses

- Internal Revenue Service problems

- Information on Washington tours including the White House and the U.S. Capitol

- Information on ordering flags that are flown over the U.S. Capitol
